Our refurbished wigs are meticulously crafted to meet high-quality standards. Please review the following terms before making a purchase:
1. Refund Policy:
We do not offer refunds on purchases. Please ensure your order is accurate before completing it. Contact our customer support team with any pre-purchase inquiries.Please note that if you experience any issues with your wig, you have 72 hours from the time of delivery to notify me. After this period, I am not responsible for any further claims or issues.
2. Address Matching:
Shipping and billing addresses must match for successful order processing. Any discrepancies may result in delays or cancellation. Please verify your information before confirming your purchase.
3. Delivery and Lost Packages:
Once a wig has been shipped, it is no longer in our hands. In the event of loss or any issues with the delivery, kindly contact the designated delivery service provided. We will share the relevant tracking details for your convenience.
4. Shipping: Please note that for some international orders, any applicable customs fees, taxes or duties are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges may vary depending on the destination country's regulations.

5. Product Availability:
We have a unique collection of refurbished wigs, and each item is one-of-a-kind. Once a wig is sold, it’s gone. While we may have similar items, we cannot guarantee an exact match to the one you’ve seen.
6 .Product Presentation:
Please note that our wigs do not come pre-styled. The images on the website showcase the wigs in their freshly washed and blow-dried stated and Pre bleached and Pre plucked. Actual appearance may vary, reflecting the natural state of the hair.
6. How to Care for Your Wigs:
To maintain the longevity of your wig, avoid excessive washing. Carefully remove it using a wet, warm towel or a glue remover like C22 solvent. Refrain from ripping off the wigs to prevent damage.
Clients are solely responsible for any modifications, including dyeing, re-bleaching, or customisation, upon receiving the wig. Prior to customisation, kindly notify us of any issues with the wig.
Please note that the wigs are not made by me, so I cannot guarantee their longevity or the exact performance over time.
